The Health Benefits of a Sauna
Pictured above is the Sauna that was manufactured
and delivered to me by my cousins. It is 4ft. x 8ft. in size and
lined with cedar.
I will be reporting on different types, models,
and options in the future. A sauna is a dry-heat sweat bath and
forms an integral part of alternative health therapies as well
as most hydrotherapies in the world today. A good diet and regular
exercise in combination with a regular sauna bath, will help you
keep fit and healthy. Body toxins, pollutants and the stress of
modern living are major causes of premature aging and many health
problems. A short time in a sauna and you will experience a special
feeling of well-being as your body releases harmful fluids from
deep within your system, naturally and safely. There is nothing
quite like a sauna to relax you after a stressful day. With regular
use you will sleep better and feel more alert.
The
logic behind the health benefits of having a sauna, is that sitting
in a heated sauna would simulate an artificial "fever" and in
so doing stimulate the immune response of the body to be activated,
which in turn would speed up the production of white blood cells
- some studies have shown a remarkable increase during "artificial
fevers". Furthermore, it is supposed to help the production of
interferon in the body. Interferon is an anti-viral protein that
has powerful cancer fighting properties. People that feel a cold
or flu starting have reported that they can ward off the manifestation
of the actual symptoms by taking sauna baths. The sauna gets the
body to move its immune system into a higher gear.

Season's Greetings!
The Holiday Season is upon us. It's time to feel and act
our best. This is a season of celebration, a time to give
thanks for all the great things we have in our lives. Perhaps
time to think about what others have to endure in parts
of the world where there is no running water, electricity,
stable food supply or personal security.
How do less fortunate individuals and families maintain
strength and optimism under seemingly insurmountable obstacles,
while some in our own country complain about the slightest
insignificant inconvenience. No matter what the location
or circumstance, our attitude helps to determine how successfully
we can deal with whatever life deals us. If we make a conscious
decision that we are responsible for the choice of our attitudes,
then we can choose to have a happy, warm, fun loving and
friendly disposition knowing that others will respond to
us in similar fashion.
In terms of longevity, maintaining a good attitude means
letting go of hatred and malicious thoughts towards others
(especially just before sleep time) so that your cells will
be free to vibrate at a much higher healthy frequency allowing
rejuvenation to naturally take place. The point is that
we must decide to let go of any unhealthy baggage of negative
thoughts if we want to vibrate at our highest level. The
analogy is like trying to swim across a lake with an anchor
around your waist. Decide now to let all those anchors go
permanently so you can enjoy your life to the fullest. Besides,
why should you allow someone else to rob you of your health
and happiness. Your attitude = your choice!

Human Growth Hormone... Free and Natural
|

HGH (Human Growth Hormone) can not be found in nature
or synthesized in a laboratory. It can only be produced
by the human pituitary gland. Attempts to replicate HGH
receive the name 'Growth Hormones', and should only be referred
to as that.
There are many companies trying to sell us growth hormone
in bottles and pills, but unfortunately no-one can assure
us that if we take their product we won't suffer from long
term negative effects. It is just too new of a science.
We will be reporting on our research of many of these companies
and would love to hear from anyone with any positive or
negative results from using a Hormone enhancing product
or procedure.
Knowing that we have the ability to produce our own authentic
HGH, I started to research techniques that might work at
naturally increasing HGH levels. In my search I came upon
several different methods. The one I want to discuss first
is free!
It has been just three months since I started using the
yoga type breathing and stretching exercise known as the
Five Tibetan Rites. The story goes, that a British Colonel
named Bradford was originally taught these exercises while
in a Tibetan monastery in the 1920's. Whatever the origin,
I can honestly say that their daily practice has made a
huge difference in the way I feel and look. I have more
energy, a clearer complexion, less appetite, tighter belly
:) and I'm a lot more flexible.
Consider the Five Tibetan Rites as a free way to stimulate
your pituitary and thyroid glands to start increasing production
of your own HGH with guaranteed positive side effects. Expect
to work at it 5-15 minutes a day building up from 3 to 21
reps of each rite per day depending on your condition at
the moment. Don't push yourself too hard in the beginning
as you will be using muscles you may not have used for a
long time. Go slowly or you may hurt yourself. Remember
to breathe through your nose at all times. Try not to eat
90 minutes before or after if possible for maximum effect.
I am almost finished converting my self-produced video for
our website and you will be able to preview it there soon.

Stevia...Natural Sweetener With No Calories

If you've ever tasted stevia, you know it's extremely
sweet. In fact, this remarkable noncaloric herb, native
to Paraguay, has been used as a sweetener and flavor enhancer
for centuries. It can also be used by most diabetics! Check
with your doctor first. Stevia was banned in the
US until recently. You can now purchase it in health food
stores in the US and Canada. I use it to make syrup for
all occasions. Kids won't even know the difference. Stevia
also makes a great oral antiseptic. Dip your brush in the
green powder than add a little dab of your favorite tooth
paste. Bleeding gums and bad breath can disappear in as
quickly as a week! No need to worry about germs staying
on your brush either.
Originally
introduced to Japan in 1970 by a consortium of food-product
manufacturers, stevioside and other stevia products quickly
caught on. By 1988, they reportedly represented approximately
41% of the market share of sweetening agents consumed in
Japan. In addition to widespread use as a tabletop sweetener,
like the packets of saccharin ("Sweet-n-Low")
and aspartame ("Equal") commonly found in the
United States, stevia was also used by the Japanese to sweeten
a variety of food products, including ice cream, bread,
candies, pickles, seafood, vegetables, and soft drinks.
Stevia Recipes will be available at How2ed.com soon.
